Lapras is a dual Water and Ice typed Pokémon once available in 4-star Raids, now in 3-star Raids. It is soloable for Trainers with teams consisting of high-level top counters such as Machamp & Rampardos. Lower level Trainers or Trainers lacking the proper counters for a solo attempt should raid in larger parties (2-6).

Final Thoughts
Let’s face it, if you are Raiding Lapras, you’re either doing it for the chance at getting the shiny variant or to see if you have what it takes for a solo. Outclassed as both a Water and Ice-type, Lappy just isn’t ranked high enough to warrant raiding it for any other reason.
